Sri Sri University is pleased to welcome Shri Aadesh Goyal as its President, effective 1st July 2026. A globally respected business leader, board director, and thought leader, Shri Goyal brings nearly four decades of distinguished experience in building, transforming, and leading organizations across five continents.

Widely recognized for championing people-centric and technology-enabled transformation, Shri Goyal has held several prominent leadership positions, including serving as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Tata Communications, where he led the global people agenda across more than 40 countries spanning five continents and a workforce of over 15,000 employees. His extensive experience spans strategic leadership, digital transformation, corporate governance, ethics, sustainability, talent development, and organizational excellence.

A strong advocate of integrating technology with human values, Shri Goyal has been at the forefront of conversations on the future of work, leadership, and AI-enabled enterprises. He serves on the boards and advisory councils of leading organizations and is the author of the forthcoming book, The CHRO Reimagined: Architecting Human Value in an AI-Shaped Enterprise.

Deeply aligned with the vision of holistic education and human development, Shri Goyal is a Trustee and teacher with The Art of Living Foundation, where he contributes to initiatives focused on leadership development, well-being, and value-based living.
