About Facilities

The AOLCAMP will be conducted in the premises of Sri Sri University Campus premises, which is well equipped with the necessary and basic amenities. Please do not expect any luxurious facilities or room service. We advise you & your child to go through pictures/ videos of Sri Sri University Campus, tentative schedule before registering.

About Rooms

Every room is spacious, well ventilated, having 5-6 single beds, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom & 1 wash basin. Hot water is supplied through solar panels. Clean rooms are allotted on the 1st day. Girls & Boys rooms are separate. Though we do regular pest-control, at times lizards / small insects are found, the campus being in the lap of nature. If children spill food in rooms, they may face the problem of ants.

Prepare your child to stay away from home - if opted for residential

Prepare your child to stay away for 4 days. Make them aware of SSU facilities, schedule & activities through pictures & Videos, so that their expectations are managed.

If any child feels homesick or cries, our team is dedicated to making them comfortable with love & Inspiration. All our efforts give results only when Parent’s support us in making children complete a camp rather than giving it up.

Camp Food

We serve vegetarian meal four times a day. Along with breakfast we serve fruits & milk; For lunch & dinner we have Roti, subzi, dal, rice, salad etc. As per kids’ experience, the food is healthy and tasty. Please do not expect any lavish food but yes on some days some fancy food is given. Before our meals we all pray together & after meals we all have to wash our own plates.

Accompanying Child in the Camp

We have family retreat in our schedule. So, on those dates parents can do any Art of Living course or Panchakarma treatment while their kids participate in the camps. This becomes like an entire family outing and every family member gets a break from their routine. So for parents who cannot stay away from their kids, this is a very good option. Kindly note that Parents and kids will be given different rooms.

Medical facility

We have a dedicated volunteer well-prepared with ‘First-Aid Kit’. The SSU Campus also has a 24×7 Emergency clinic within the 100 bed Ayurveda Hospital.

Children should be medically fit to participate in ‘Camp’.  If your child is undergoing any medical treatment and medicines need to be administered regularly, then the child should join the family retreat where parents accompany him and manage timely medication or Child should be educated to take medication by himself/herself on time.

Contacting Child during Camp

Please Note, no calls will be made between the parent and the child during the camp. In case of emergency you can contact our team. The emergency contact numbers will be shared with you. To make parents feel at ease, we will post pics every day. Also, We will not be able to answer any calls or sms unless there is an emergency. Do not give mobiles to your children, if found, it will be confiscated with a penalty of Rs.1000.

Store (Divine Shop)

There is an all-purpose utility store in the campus. All necessary items, Sri Sri Ayurveda products, goodies and eatables are available there. Please do not send more than Rs. 300. with your child as they end up buying a lot of junk food and ice creams, making them sick (cough and cold) during camps. Please note that organizers will not be responsible for safe keeping of their money.

Do not send any valuables like Camera, I-pad etc with children. Organizers will not be responsible for their safe keeping or damage. Kindly note that donation once paid is non refundable under any circumstances.
