Assist. Prof. Rindon Kundu and Director of Sri Sri Centre for Translation and Interpreting Studies was awarded Volkswagen Stiftung 2021 Grant and invited to present his research at the symposium “North and South: Forms of Inequality within International Politics of Scientific Production”, held at the Herrenhausen Castle of Volkswagen Foundation, 6 – 8 October 2021 in Hannover, Germany. Rindon Kundu presented his research on ‘Alternative Theories of Translation from the Global South’ at the SEPHIS Programme, an initiative developed by the University of Cologne, Germany, and the Rio de Janeiro Federal University, Brazil trusting on the generous support of the Volkswagen Foundation, Germany.
