Course Details

Unit 1.1: Arjuna Viṣhāda Yoga (The Yoga of Lamentation)
Expression – Understanding Crisis, Conflict and Decision Paralysis. The anatomy of crisis through Arjuna’s dilemma. Understanding executive burnout, ethical dilemmas, emotional conflict, stakeholder pressures, SWOT analysis, environmental scanning, decision paralysis, managerial uncertainty, leadership anxiety, market intelligence, and the consequences of attachment-driven decision making.

Unit 1.2: Sām̥khya Yoga (The Yoga of Analytical Knowledge)
Overcoming – The Yoga of Analytical Awareness. Developing emotional intelligence, resilience, analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, resource optimization, competitive positioning, self-mastery, and the qualities of a stable and effective leader (Sthitaprajña) capable of maintaining equilibrium during organizational volatility.

Unit 1.3: Karma Yoga (The Yoga of Action)
Skill in Action – The Yoga of Selfless Execution. Performance excellence through detached action. Understanding purpose-driven work, stakeholder welfare, duty consciousness, responsible leadership, motivation, productivity, work ethics, and overcoming barriers to effective execution.

Unit 1.4: Jñāna Yoga (The Yoga of Knowledge)
Knowledge – The Disciplines of Action and Institutional Wisdom. Corporate governance, organizational structures, knowledge management, learning organizations, intellectual capital, leadership development, and the role of continuous learning in sustaining organizational excellence.

Unit 2.1: Karma Vairāgya Yoga (The Yoga of Renunciation)

Unit 2.2: Dhyāna Yoga (The Yoga of Meditation)

Unit 2.4: Akṣhara Parabrahma Yoga (Secret of Knowledge)
Rāja Vidyā Guhya Yoga (Secret of Knowledge )
Sustainability and Transformational Leadership. Management theories, sustainability, business resilience, change management, industry evolution, organizational life cycles, goodwill creation, core competencies, continuous improvement, and long-term value creation through strategic transformation.

Unit 3.1: Vibhūti Vistara Yoga (The Yoga of Divine Excellence)

Complete 180-Hour Session Plan
Category I – Only certificate courses will have one assignment of 100 marks at the end and the same grading system will be followed. Category II – Certificate with 12 credits of ABC will follow the session plan and assignments of 180 hours.
