The campus is abuzz with happening events all throughout the year where the students and faculty come together to celebrate the culture and spirit of the University with diverse activities and events.
The various events line up consists of :
Weekly Open Mic's
Open-Mic (Which is a weekly event in the Open-air cafe to explore one’s talents)
National Festivals
Festivals like Ganesh Chathurthi, where an elaborate 10 days event is orchestrated.
Regional Festivals
In addition to that, every regional festival is celebrated like Utkala Divas, Nobo-Barsha, GudiPadwa, Lohri, Pongal and etc.

Christmas Carnivals and eloquent New Year Bonfire Parties with Dj are a common glare of The most inquisitive event of all is the University’s annual cultural fest of Orion. The fest is recognized as one of the top ten youth festivals in Odisha
Cultural & Sports Festivals
Orion fest redefines the perception of celebration, and the campus culture strongly reverberates with the same. The year-round fest brings forth a combination of ESR Activities, Personality development Workshops, and an incredible 3-day extravaganza at the end of it all.
Orion houses several fun activities of Sports, B-Fest, Agri-fest, Banjara Camp, and a lot more.
