The conference is about training our minds to be more focused, to see with clarity, to have spaciousness for creativity and to feel connected. The conference is an interface between the Academia, Corporate world and Spirituality by exchange of ideas and skills in simplifying the work life of business leaders and also helping in accomplishment of their objectives.
In hosting this conference, the primary objective is to promote an exchange of opinions about the challenges and opportunities in the workplace and how happiness and spirituality which includes yoga and meditation can be useful as a medium for leading a healthy and balanced work life.
In particular discussions we will focus on possibilities to improve the efficiency of every individual by learning the techniques and practices to overcome from stressful and monotonous work life.
Transformation can begin in the workplace when organizations open themselves to the cultivation of their own employees’ spirituality. This would mean addressing employees as whole human beings in terms of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Lifting up the whole person in the workplace should not be seen entirely as an altruistic act.
