Dr Srinath B, received his Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy (1996) and his Master of Pharmacy –  (2008) in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga and Dr.Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar respectively, he completed Ph.D in 2016 from JNTUA . Currently he is working as Controller of examinations in Sri Sri University Cuttack Odisha, He worked previously as Dean School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Controller of Examinations in Sanjay Ghodawat University (SGU) Kolhapur Maharashtra. Before Joining SGU He worked in Autonomous college affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur, i.e Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (RIPER) where he taught courses dealing with Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Microbiology as Professor in the department of Industrial Pharmacy and Biotechnology and registered pharmacist in Karnataka state pharmacy council reg. no.25939 from Dec’ 1998and Life member of IPA, APTI, ISPOR, APPPI etc. He has previous experience of one and half year in the pharmaceutical industry and 20+ years of teaching at UG/PG level. He is skilled in various areas of biotechnology and microbiology including culture, isolation of MO, rDNA techniques and antibacterial assays etc. His research interest includes NDDS, Biopharmaceuticals, and bioinformatics. Prior to joining RIPER, he was lecturer at SSRCP College, Mahbubnagar, T.S.., SES Pharmacy College, Siruguppa, KA, and Product Development Chemist at EROS PHARMA Ltd, Bengaluru. He worked as the first Controller of Examinations in RIPER Autonomous. He has participated in conferences and seminars of both National & International levels and won several prizes. 

He is expertise in the area of biotechnology and microbiology holding adequate experience in teaching and research guidance in various areas like NDDS, Molecular biology, Microbiological assays. He is also advisory board member for different reputed journals and authored books and book chapters and a recognized guide for Undergraduate and postgraduate, research scholars. He is a recognized evaluator and examiner for boards, universities like JNTUA and Osmania, RGUHS. He has received many awards as Best teacher, Best CoE and researcher etc. from different NGO’s.  

He has rich experience of more than 20+ years in teaching along with Industry, Research and Administration.
