The National Seminar on “Managing Growth with Responsibility: ESG, Technology and Innovation” aims to advance the dialogue on aligning economic growth with sustainability imperatives in India and beyond. As industries and nations pursue ambitious growth, the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities within organizational strategy has emerged as a critical requirement. The seminar will explore how technology and innovation can be leveraged as catalysts to embed ESG principles into business processes, ensuring that growth is both responsible and resilient.
Through focused panels in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Ethics & ESG, and Tourism, the seminar will encourage interdisciplinary learning and exchange of best practices among academicians, industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers. Discussions will emphasize actionable frameworks for ESG integration across sectors, methods to leverage emerging technologies for sustainable practices, and the importance of fostering an ethical, inclusive, and environmentally conscious business environment.
The objectives of this seminar are:
- To promote awareness and understanding of ESG frameworks and their role in driving responsible growth.
- To explore technological solutions and innovative practices that can support organizations in meeting sustainability goals.
- To facilitate dialogue between academia, industry, and policymakers for creating practical ESG strategies within operational and strategic decision-making.
- To inspire actionable commitments among participants to align business practices with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while maintaining competitiveness in a dynamic global environment.
