The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Sri Sri University, is launching an industry-oriented AI-Enabled Geospatial Expert programme in collaboration with the Skyline Institute of Geoinformatics (SIG), an ISO/MSME-certified institution specialising in geospatial education and training. Learners gain hands-on mastery of AI-powered GIS, Remote Sensing, LiDAR, Photogrammetry, Digital Image Processing, Drone Mapping, GPS and Spatial Data Analytics — alongside the practical use of Generative AI for geospatial data interpretation, automation, mapping workflows, report generation and decision support.

Programme Objectives
- Develop AI-enabled geospatial professionals with expertise in GIS, Remote Sensing, LiDAR, Photogrammetry, Digital Image Processing, GPS, Drone Data Processing and GenAI.
- Use GenAI as AI co-workers in GIS, Remote Sensing, LiDAR, Drone Mapping, and Web GIS workflows to support geospatial data discovery, map and imagery interpretation, workflow planning, QA/QC, report writing, dashboard insights, and presentation generation.
- Design Agents and agentic workflows for real time geospatial industrial work flow
- Provide industry-relevant, hands-on training aligned with current market requirements.
- Enhance employability through practical learning, live projects, and placement support.
- Promote interdisciplinary applications of geospatial technologies across engineering, agriculture, environmental science, urban planning, disaster management and allied sectors.
