The abstract should include the following sections: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions, clearly listed under these respective headings. - Title and Author Details:
- The title must be written in capital letters and bold.
- Follow the title with the names of the authors (first name, middle name, last/family name) and their institutional affiliation.
- Include the email address of the corresponding author.
- Do not include degrees or professional designations with author names.
- The name of the presenting author must be underlined.
- Formatting Instructions:
- The abstract must be typed using Microsoft Word.
- Use Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- Abbreviations should be defined at first mention within the text.
- General Policies:
- Typically, only one paper is allowed per author, unless prior approval has been obtained from the organizers.
- If an abstract is accepted and the presenting author fails to register, the abstract will be withdrawn from the proceedings.
- Important Dates:
- The last date of abstract submission is extended to 20th November 2025
- The late date of the symposium proposal submission has been extended to 18th November 2025
- Last date of notification of acceptance for symposium extended to 20th November 2025
- Publication:
Accepted abstracts will be published in a Scopus-indexed or peer-reviewed journal as part of a special issue.

As part of the upcoming Global Summit – HORIZON 2025, the Organizing Committee invites proposals for symposium sessions from eminent experts, researchers, academicians, and professionals working in the fields of healthcare, wellness, public policy, and sustainability.
Theme of the Summit:
“Fostering Comprehensive Strategies to Enhance Healthcare Access and Equity in Alignment with SDG Objectives on a Global Scale”
HORIZON 2025 aims to bring together global thought leaders to address critical issues in health and wellness through interdisciplinary and collaborative discourse. Symposium sessions offer a unique opportunity to curate a focused dialogue on emerging topics, research innovations, and best practices relevant to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Guidelines for Symposium Proposals:
- Each symposium should be 60–90 minutes in duration.
- A symposium may include 3–4 speakers and a moderator/chairperson.
- The proposal must include:
- Symposium Title
- Abstract (up to 300 words) outlining the theme, objectives, and relevance
- List of speakers, their affiliations, and presentation titles (tentative)
- Contact information of the lead proposer
Proposals must align with the core theme or sub-themes of the summit.
