THEME OF THE PROGRAMM:
The need, tastes, and preferences of the consumer for whom products are purchase drives the buying behavior of the customers. It is necessary to identify composition origin and objectives of the customers. The behaviour depends upon the place of purchase, types of products, time and frequency of purchase. It is essential to understand the behaviours of the customers as competition becoming more and more for retailors.

LEARNING OUTCOME:
Students got a brief idea that how a retailor is trying to keep their customers and selling their products by identifying the need of customers or creating wants.
