The concession will be given on the following terms and conditions:

  1. The student needs to pay the provisional admission fee on or before June 1st2019
  2. The concession for the first semester will be given as stated in the above table, of column “discount per semester” for all the programs mentioned above.
  3. The concession for remaining semesters will be given if the student clears the subsequent exams with no backlogs.

Scholarship Scheme for Non-SSU students based on Merit of National Tests for students applying for MBA 2019-21 program at SSU.

-The student must have studied on regular basis from schools/college/boards recognized from concerned UT/State/Central Govt recognized regulatory body.

 

– The students selected for the scholarship will need to produce all the required documents for verification.

 

-Students applying for scholarship in this category will be selected on first come first serve basis.

 

-The scholarship amount will be disbursed semester-wise and subject to student clearing all exams with no backlog.

  • Guidelines for Implementation of the Scholarship/Concession:

(A) Guidelines for Students/Staff for implementation of concession scheme mentioned in Section (A)

  1. The SSU – UG students who intend to apply for SSU-PG programs mentioned in Section (A) will need to fill the scholarship/concession form (annexure A) available in the Admissions Dept and should submit it either in hard copy in Admissions Dept or send the duly filled form to admissions@srisriuniversity.edu.in
  2. The student needs to appear for the selection test (as per the respective programs) and if selected, pay the provisional (PO) admission fee before the mentioned due date. The last date for payment of PO fee to avail the concession is July 1st
  3. The Admissions Dept will compile the list of all the eligible students of the above mentioned programs and send the documents (the concession form/selection letter/PO paid receipt) to the Dean/HOD of the respective department and finally to the ER office for approval and further procedure.
  4. For the subsequent semesters, the student will need to submit an approval copy from the respective HOD/Dean for confirmation of no backlogs and submit to the ER office atleast 10 days before the last date of payment for the next semester. Delay in submission may lead to cancellation of the concession.

(B) Guidelines for Students/Staff for implementation of scholarship scheme mentioned in Section (B)

  1. The Non SSU students who intend to apply for SSU-MBA 2019-21 program and avail scholarship, will need to fill the scholarship form (annexure B) available in the Admissions Dept and should submit it either in hard copy in Admissions Dept or send the duly filled form to admissions@srisriuniversity.edu.in
  2. The student will need to submit the score card of the respective exams only as mentioned in the section (B).
  3. The student will be exempted from the written test but will need to appear for the GDPI and if selected, submit the Provisional admission fee within the due date.
  4. The Admissions Dept will compile the list of all the eligible students of the section B category and send the documents (the scholarship form/copy of score card/copy of the selection letter/PO paid receipt) to the Dean of the FCMS department and finally to the ER for approval and further procedure.
  5. After the second semester results, the student will need to submit an approval copy from the Dean-FCMS for confirmation of no backlogs and submit to the ER office atleast 10 days before the last date of payment for the next semester. Delay in submission may lead to cancellation of the scholarship.

(C) Guidelines for Students/Staff for implementation of scholarship scheme mentioned in Section (C)

  1. The Non SSU students who intend to apply for SSU-M.Com/MA Yogic Science/B.Sc Yoga/MJMC program and avail scholarship, will need to fill the scholarship form (annexure B) available in the Admissions Dept and should submit it either in hard copy in Admissions Dept or send the duly filled form to admissions@srisriuniversity.edu.in
  2. The scholarship test will be prepared by the respective department offering the programs mentioned in section C and will be conducted by the Admissions Dept. The final selected students list will be prepared and sent by the respective dept to the admissions dept.
  3. The selected students will need to pay the provisional admission amount within the due date.
  4. The Admissions Dept will compile the list of all the eligible students of the section C category and send the documents (the scholarship form/copy of the selection letter/PO paid receipt) to the respective Dean/HOD of the department and finally to the ER for approval and further procedure.
  5. After the second semester results, the student will need to submit an approval copy from the Dean/HOD of their respective departments for confirmation of no backlogs and submit to the ER office atleast 10 days before the last date of payment for the next semester. Delay in submission may lead to cancellation of the scholarship

(D) Guidelines for Students/Staff for implementation of concession scheme mentioned in Section (D)

  1. The students belonging to the family of Indian Armed forces martyrs and who wish to avail concession, will need to fill the concession form(annexure c) available in the Admissions Dept and should submit it either in hard copy in Admissions Dept or send the duly filled form to admissions@srisriuniversity.edu.in
  2. This will be on first cum first serve basis only.
  3. The student will need to apply for the respective program, go through the selection process and if selected pay the provisional admission fee.
  4. The Admission Department will send the names of the two eligible students of the section D category alongwith the documents (the concession form/copy of the selection letter/PO paid receipt/verification documents) to the ER office for approval and further procedure.
  5. For the subsequent semesters, the student will need to submit an approval copy from the respective HOD/Dean for confirmation of no backlogs and submit to the ER office atleast 10 days before the last date of payment for the next semester. Delay in submission may lead to cancellation of the concession.
