Is a management trainer, teacher, and educator who specializes in using Panchatantra
stories as a medium to connect, communicate, and correlate with the finer aspects of self
and organizational development. He has conducted over 350 seminars, workshops, and
courses in various sectors, like healthcare, education, paramilitary, steel and mining, and
automobiles.

He has been appointed as a Master Trainer by the Indian Knowledge System (IKS)
Division of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to train university-level
teachers on Nitishastra and Storytelling Pedagogy. He is also a trainer for Malviya
Mission Teacher Training Program (MMTTP) appointed by UGC and has conducted
various training programs for prestigious central and state universities across the country.
He is currently the course coordinator for IKS thematic program on Nitishastra and
Arthashastra, and a member of UGC panel to develop new syllabus on Political Science.
As a teacher, mentor, and guide to many students, he had been associated with
prestigious colleges and institutions and has taught diverse subjects including Design
Thinking, Nitishastra through Panchatantra, Innovation and Creativity Management, and
Business Communication. He was a TCS empanelled faculty for a tailor-made course on
Design Thinking for engineering graduates.
An IT engineer by qualification, he holds a PhD in Nitishastra and Panchatantra, a
Master's degree in Marketing Management, a Master’s degree in Economics, a Post-
graduate Diploma in Business Design, and is a UGC NET qualified academician. Prior to
pursuing an academic career, he has worked in reputable corporate organizations such as
Infosys, Citius Tech, and HCL Infosystems.
He is also a certified Yoga Instructor accredited by the Yoga Certification Board,
Government of India, and the Yoga Alliance, USA.
