B.Sc. (Hons. With Research) in Physics is full time four-year program, offered by Sri Sri University, Cuttack. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive education in physics to prepare students for successful carrer in academia and Industry. B.Sc. (Hons. With Research) in Physics is full time four-year program, offered by Sri Sri University, Cuttack. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive education in physics to prepare students for successful carrer in academia and Industry. The four year UG programme, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP-2020) framework, with its emphasis on holistic and multidisciplinary education, flexibility and innovation, in addition to a focus on the chosen major and minors as per the choices of the student.
The unique course offering:
- The Course follows a Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) as per the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines-Teaching is more student-centric rather than teacher-centric.
- The campus is equipped with advanced experimental and computational labs. The curriculum is facilitated Software-Based Data Analysis for Physics experiments.
- Develop the ability to apply the knowledge acquired in the classroom and laboratories to specific problems in theoretical and experimental Physics.
- Expose the student to the vast scope of Physics as a theoretical and experimental science with applications in solving most of the problems in nature.
- Emphasize the discipline of Physics to be the most important branch of science for pursuing interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary higher education and/or research in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary areas.
