MSc Yoga
Yoga has evolved into a globally recognized science of health and well-being. Research shows that even modest daily yoga practice can significantly reduce stress and pain while boosting overall wellness. Today, yoga is a key component of integrative medicine and preventive health programs. Sri Sri University’s 2-year M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy program (2026–28) meets this demand with a comprehensive therapeutic yoga course that blends ancient yogic wisdom and modern science. Inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the curriculum integrates classical yogic principles with contemporary biomedical and psychosocial sciences, reflecting the university’s value-based holistic mission. This postgraduate yoga program equips students to use yoga for health in lifestyle management, rehabilitation and wellness, preparing them for meaningful careers in yoga therapy and holistic healthcare.
