My professional interests lie in Osteopathy with a strong emphasis on non-invasive, drug-free healing approaches. I am particularly drawn to structural and manual therapy techniques that support the body’s innate ability to heal.
In my practice, I also explore the integration of Ayurvedic principles where relevant, to offer a holistic and individualized approach to patient care. Teaching and mentoring in the field of Osteopathy is equally fulfilling, as it allows me to share clinical insights with students and contribute to the growth of the profession in India.
I am passionate about empowering individuals through education—both in the classroom and through hands-on workshops. As a certified Art of Living and Sri Sri Yoga Trainer, I am also deeply interested in breathwork, movement, and lifestyle practices that promote long-term wellness and balance.
