Human Resource Development (HRDC)
About HRDC:
For the purpose of Human Resource Development in the field of higher education, according to the guidelines laid down by UGC and in line with National Education Policy 2020, HRDC SSU was established in 2020. The center has so far trained Academicians, Government Officials, Private Sector professionals, Public Sector Professionals, NGO (Development) Professionals, and Political Leaders of all tiers of Government.
The center organizes the following programmes for the aforementioned purpose
Faculty Members:
Faculty Induction Programme for newly appointed teachers within one year of their joining service.
Refresher Course for teachers having more than 2 years of teaching experience. Refresher Courses are organized in specific disciplines.
Short Term Course/Faculty Development Programme (STC/FDP) for focused competency development.
