1. Designed the country‟s first Masters Programme leading to degree of M.Arch. (Sustainable Architecture) offered by the Central University Rajasthan and Bachelor of Vocation (Interior Design) Programme with multiple exit and entry option.

1. Authorship of 25 published papers, 6 management development training modules, and 10 technical documents.
2. Publication of his article “Models for Solid Waste Management” in India, IRR 2008, Oxford University Press.
Other Accomplishments

2. Initiated and established the temporary campus of the IIT Rajasthan at Jodhpur and have steered the process of development of permanent campus spread over 842 acres. The campus is being developed as „Smart-Intelligent-Eco-Campus‟.
3. As an Architect and Urban Planner have authorship of nearly 325 plus building cum interior projects and about 10 township schemes including key team member for Draft Jaipur Master Plan 2011 .
4. Member of Indian Institute of Architects (A-6902) Member of Council of Architecture (CA/83/7852) Lifetime Member of Maharashtra India Chapter of American Concrete Institute.
