The food we eat has a significant impact on our health and a notable change in the diet and lifestyle can help prevent or control many health ailments. But the question is how to figure out what should be the intensity of the change, what should be the right approach and how do we see results in terms of a healthy mind & body at the end of the day! This is where the study of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics comes into account. Everything that we do revolves around a good & healthy state of mind & body. The food that we eat plays a vital role in keeping a good balance between the brain & the body. A nutrition-rich diet keeps the brain active and fuels the body with energy.
