Sri Sri University Hosts Successful Seminar on L&B Pain Therapy

Sri Sri University recently hosted a groundbreaking seminar on “Introduction to L&B Pain Therapy,” the first of its kind in Asia. The event, held on February 17, 2024, featured renowned pain specialist Mr. Roland Liebscher Bracht from Germany as the keynote speaker.

 

Mr. Liebscher Bracht, along with his wife Dr. Petra Bracht, have dedicated over 35 years to developing a unique method targeting the root cause of musculoskeletal pain. Their approach utilizes movement and pressure applied to 72 specific points on the body, offering immediate relief and long-term solutions.

The seminar addressed the growing concern of chronic pain in India, presenting a natural alternative to traditional pain medication. Attendees, including medical professionals and students, gained valuable insights into this innovative therapy and its potential to alleviate pain caused by modern lifestyle habits and excessive gadget use.

Prof. Mrs. Rajita Kulkarni, President of Sri Sri University, emphasized the institution’s commitment to bringing world-class knowledge and practices to the state. Prof. B.R. Sharma, Vice Chancellor, highlighted the university’s focus on offering integrative and holistic healthcare options. Sri Sri University itself offers various programs in health and well-being, including Osteopathy, Ayurveda, Nursing, and Yoga.

Dr. Nikita Mirajkar, a participant who experienced relief from chronic elbow pain through the L&B method, shared her positive experience. The seminar generated significant interest among the medical community and media, creating a buzz around this revolutionary approach to pain management.

Sri Sri University’s successful hosting of this seminar reflects its dedication to promoting well-being and knowledge enrichment within the community.
